Saturday, August 22: Racial justice + Post Office Saturday!

A nationwide action is planned for this Saturday at 11:00am to protest the cutbacks to the postal service. Citizens are being asked to gather in front of their local post offices to show support for this important service. By happy coincidence, this action will almost immediately follow the weekly socially-distanced (but still social--lots of old and new friends to talk to!) racial justice standout held each Saturday from 10-10:30am along Route 116. Wear a mask, bring your signs, and plan to show up and support the BLM movement and then walk across the common to the South Hadley Post Office (there will even be time to stop in at Tailgate Picnic and grab a cuppa Joe to go!).
