People in our area may begin seeing vote-by-mail ballots at their homes in just a couple of weeks, ahead even of early in-person voting that begins October 17. Hence, we've gathered some information and insights from various sources about the questions that might be of interest to our readers. None of the statements in the newsletters, however, represent official endorsements by our SHDTC.
