Addressing Hunger and Food Insecurity

The pandemic, climate change, and Russia's invasion of Ukraine, have brought concerns into focus about hunger globally and at home.

On September 28, the Biden-Harris administration will host the first conference on hunger, nutrition, and health since 1969. In recent months the Biden-Harris administration has also announced an expansion of Feed the Future, the U.S. government's global hunger and food security initiative. Historic Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities investments were announced last week for innovative US food production projects.
