The South Hadley Democratic Town Committee's bi-annual Mini-Golf Classic fundraiser is set for a post-pandemic return on Saturday, May 21 from 9am to 2pm at McCray's Farm Miniature Golf and Country Creamery in South Hadley. The event, which made its debut in 2012, provides visibility for Democratic leaders and candidates and will offer a fun day of mini-golf and ice cream for deserving families, including those still recovering financially from the pandemic.
Office holders, candidates for office, and other SHDTC supporters are invited to participate as hole sponsors. Hole Sponsorships are $50 and come with a full color coroplast sign for display at one of the holes plus two event tickets. Each ticket includes play during tournament hours and a small cone/dish of McCray's homemade ice cream. The deadline for hole sponsorship is May 12, 2022.
Sponsors are invited to join us for part of the day to meet potential supporters and even play a round of mini-golf. Sponsors who are not able to attend may elect to donate their tickets to provide an opportunity for area families to enjoy a fun day of play.
The event is open to the public and individual tickets will be available at the door or in advance. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children. For details, download an event flyer.
Funds generated from the day will go to support Democratic candidates and Democratic causes in the year ahead.
