Nine delegates and three alternates to the Democratic State Convention were elected at the February 29, 2020 SHDTC Caucus. The South Hadley delegates are Debbie Boehner, Sarah Etelman, Gena Lomelin, Alice Kennedy, Anusha Vallepalli, Leonard Finkowski, Stephen Frantz, Hector Lomelin, and Robert Pleasure, along with SHDTC Chair Bill Foley. Michael Bell, John Boyle, and Lucia Foley (photographer) will serve as alternates. Delegates to the state convention, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, will vote on candidates for US Senate ahead of the September state primary. To be on the state primary ballot, candidates must receive at least 15% support from convention delegates and the candidate who wins the majority of support will receive the endorsement of the convention.

- Sarah Hall for Mayor Alex Morse, running for US House
