COVID-19 News from Sen. Jo Comerford

The Legislature recently passed a supplemental budget to provide DPH with $95,000 to ensure that Massachusetts could test for the COVID-19 virus at our in-state laboratory, and we are now readying an additional $15 million supplemental budget for passage. Governor Baker has declared a state of emergency, a decision she supports fully.

Starting this Saturday, Sen. Comerford's upcoming People's Office Library Tour/Office Hours events have been changed to public conference calls. Constituents can log in to the calls by dialing 605-313-5111, and use access code 378045. An informal virtual gathering with a South Hadley focus is planned for Saturday, April 4 from 12:00-1:00pm.
