SHDTC Meetings
The South Hadley DTC normally meets at 6:30pm on third Thursdays in the Trustees' Conference Room at the South Hadley Public Library for hybrid in-person/online meetings (Library+Zoom). The library is located at 2 Canal Street, South Hadley. Any date and/or venue changes will made on a month-to-month basis.

SHDTC Annual Caucus:
Monthly in-person gatherings for coffee, breakfast goodies, and casual conversation are held at 8:30am on First Fridays. Sadly, Tailgate Picnic Deli, where we met for many years, was closed at the end of 2025 and this longtime community institution will be greatly missed. In January, our meeting will be a week later than usual, and we'll gather at the Gaylord Library, 47 Newton Street. Location information for coming months will be posted below as arrangements are confirmed.
