Hi Everyone!

The Governor has scheduled 36 Community Forums around the State with himself, the Lt. Governor, and Cabinet Secretaries about the Budget. The purpose is to provide an opportunity to educate our fellow citizens about what is at stake in the budget crisis and let their voices be heard.

State Legislators have been invited to attend and to speak at the hearings.

In Western Mass Forums are scheduled:

The Governor himself will not be in Western Mass on this round of Forums, however has been here so much of late that the Boston Globe today in an article about his schedule complained that the Governor is spending too much time in Western Mass!

Please attend a Community Forum if you possibly can, and equally importantly, invite folks you know to be there. I'll be at the Forum in Springfield, and hope to see some of you there!

Thanks!
