South Hadley DTC to co-host candidate forum for 2nd-Hampshire District House seat

The South Hadley Democratic Town Committee will be co-hosting a June 21 forum for Democratic candidates vying for the 2nd-Hampshire House seat being vacated by our very own Rep. John Scibak, who is retiring after many years of service to the district.

Moderated by Stephen Linsky, Esq., a member of co-host Climate Action Now Western Massachusetts, the forum will give attendees a chance to meet the candidates, hear about their views on climate and the environment, and ask questions on any topic.

The candidates are:

• Dan Carey of Easthampton
• John Hine of South Hadley
• Clark Johnson of South Hadley
• Marie McCourt of Granby

The forum will take place from 7 to 9 pm at the South Hadley Public Library, which is located at 2 Canal St. This event is free and open to the public.
